FOR THIS SERVICE YOU WILL NEED TO SEND US "YOUR" GOOD USED CORE CRANKSHAFT AND CYLINDER, ON YOUR DIME. PACK IT SO THE FINS AND THREADS DO NOT GET DAMAGED!! THINK ABOUT THE SHIPPING PEOPLE, THEY MAY DECIDE TO SHOOT A FEW BASKETS WITH YOUR PACKAGE.... (SO PACK THEM WELL!!) (I LIKE TO SEE BOTH ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED IN TOWELS)

WHEN WE GET THEM IN, WE WILL STROKE YOUR CRANK OUT TO +6MM LONGER STROKE. THIS PROCESS INCLUDES A NEW CONNECTING ROD, ROD BEARING, CRANK PIN AND RADIAL BALL BEARINGS INSTALLED.

NOTE !! THIS CRANK, PISTON AND HEAD GASKET MUST BE USED AS A SET !!

NEXT WE BORE YOUR CYLINDER OUT TO OUR SPECIAL 53.90MM PISTON KIT.

THEN WE PACK THEM ALL UP WITH OUR SPECIAL PISTON KIT , SPECIAL HEAD GASKET AND RETURN TO YOU FOR PLUG AND PLAY

YOU MUST USE THE SPECIAL COPPER HEAD GASKET, BUT OTHERWISE ALL THE STOCK GASKETS WORK FINE. 

IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THE OLDER ALL ROUND HEAD GASKET TYPE CYLINDERS ,, THEN YOU WILL NEED TO FILE DOWN SOME OF THE TIPS ON THE INCLUDED HEAD GASKET, KEEP THE TIPS THE SAME LENGTH AS YOU GO..

I KNOW, WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE CARB, WELL,, SO MANY OPTIONS

MY THOUGHTS WAS TO KEEP THE BIKE AS A SLEEPER BIKE (TOTALLY STOCK LOOKING). SO WE TESTED WITH ALL THE STOCK INTAKE FROM THE BACK OF THE CARB TO THE REAR RACK AND THE STOCK EXHAUST

WE TESTED WITH:

1. STOCK CARBS AND BIGGER MAIN JET, THIS WORKED FINE , WAY MORE POWER THAN STOCK

2. AFTERMARKET 19MM CARB - ABOUT THE SAME AS STOCK MAYBE A BIT MORE HP

3. 22MM CT110 TYPE AFTERMARKET CARB,, YA BABY WITH AROUND ABOUT #74 MAIN JET ADDED THE CT110 BOOT (LOOKS_STOCK) TO AIRFILTER AND GOT MY 55MPH+ CRUZE GOAL (WITH THE DOWN TUBE COVER IN PLACE YOU ONLY SEE ABOUT HALF THE FLOAT BOWL)
